Limited 1 year warranty
This aquarium is under warranty by the manufacturer, that the aquarium remains sealed and free from defects for a 1 year period from the date of purchase. If this aquarium is found to be defective, the dealer you purchased it from is authorized to exchange it for a new one, provided it has not been modified, damaged, or misused. (Proof of date of purchase must be provided).

This warranty is limited to the replacement of the aquarium only. Warranty does not cover loss of fish, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from use of the aquarium.

This warranty is void, If the aquarium is moved when it is not completely empty. Circumstances and events beyond the control of the manufacturer such as chips, scratches, cracks, breakage, misuse or acts of nature are not covered by the manufacturuers warranty.


Satisfaction guaranteed or money back
If your not satisfied with your aquarium upon delivery. Lantz Enterprises will refund your purchase minus our shipping and any customs charges. Ship the aquarium back undamaged at your own expense and your card will be credited when we receive the tank.

Note: This product is fragile. If you decide to return the aquarium we recommend that you package it as you received it and insure it for a minimum of $200. Money will not be refunded if the aquarium is damaged however the insurance on the aquarium should cover your costs. Click here for return address.


Shipping information
We ship by FedEx ground. A typical order will arrive in two weeks or less. A purchase confirmation e-mail will be sent and a second FedEx tracking email will follow. Shipping charges are based on average fees.

We have our products packaged in OSB wood crates with 2 inches of styrafoam, styrafoam chips and bubblewrap (in some cases).


Damages during shipping
Important: Inspect aquarium as soon as it arrives!
We will replace any damaged merchandise at no charge to you. However, you must notify us of any damages within 7 days of arrival and keep packaging. Somebody from FedEx will come by to inspect the aquarium and packaging. Do not ship the aquarium back to us. Failure to notify in 7 days and keep packaging will result in a denial of your claim.
